Terms of Service

1. CivilReady service

CivilReady provides educational practice questions, practice exams, worked solutions, progress tools, and related study features for FE Civil preparation. PE Civil features marked “Coming soon” are not currently offered for purchase.

CivilReady is an independent exam-preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCEES. Use of CivilReady does not guarantee that a user will pass any examination.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and using your account only for lawful personal study purposes. You may not share, sell, scrape, reproduce, or systematically redistribute CivilReady content or account access.

3. Free and paid access

The Quick Exam may be offered without paid FE Civil access. Other features may require an active subscription, promotional entitlement, or other authorized access.

4. Subscription billing

Paid FE Civil plans are recurring subscriptions. Current public prices are $29 USD per month and $119 USD every six months. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for paid transactions and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and related payment administration.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval until cancellation. Lemon Squeezy Checkout shows the amount due before you confirm a purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Unless a refund or other remedy applies, cancellation does not remove access already paid for during the current subscription period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the CivilReady Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and Lemon Squeezy's payment processes.

7. Educational content

Engineering practice content is provided for education and exam preparation. Users remain responsible for their own professional judgment and for consulting current official exam specifications, codes, standards, handbooks, and licensing requirements where applicable.

8. Availability and acceptable use

We may maintain or modify features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, misuse promotional access, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods to extract substantial portions of the content.

9. Intellectual property

The CivilReady site, original question bank, explanations, software, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A subscription grants personal access to use the service; it does not transfer ownership.
